Returns / Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or need to exchange for a different size, you may return your item for an exchange or refund for the cost of the item within 14 days from order date free of charge (excluding shipping cost / standard shipping rates apply ). If 14 days from order date have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    2. Please provide a short description of what you would like to do, please also provide the order number and the email address you used to make your original purchase.
    3. We will review your request and respond to you via email with a free pre paid return shipping label.
    4. Once we receive your item(s) at our warehouse, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a timely manner.

For all sale and discounted items you will be required to pay the return shipping cost (standard shipping rates apply) on returns and exchanges unless your item(s) arrives damaged or defective. The shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.

If returning more than 1 pair of shoes you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The shipping amount will be deducted from your refund (standard shipping rates apply).

No returns or exchanges are available for free shoe giveaways.

We do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders, all orders are final.

EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE

We will gladly exchange any product for a different size if you feel you bought the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item but a different size, please go on the website and order the size that you need. Create a return request to start the return process of your item(s). Once we receive your item(s) at our warehouse, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
